Bradley Thomas Giordano
Bradley Thomas Giordano (b. January 19, 1984) is a Chicago, Illinois-based attorney. Giordano holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and focuses the majority of his practice on corporate restructurings and workouts.

Bradley Thomas Giordano was born on January 19, 1984 in Knoxville, Tennessee, to parents Lawrence and Elaine Giordano. He has one brother, Evan Giordano.
Giordano attended Knoxville Catholic High School, where he excelled in both academics and athletics. While in high school, Bradley Thomas Giordano was elected to several academic national honor societies, ultimately graduating near the top of his class. Giordano was also a member of the Knoxville Catholic soccer team, receiving All-State honors and serving as the team’s captain his senior season.
After graduating from high school, Bradley Thomas Giordano attended college at DePauw University, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board. In 2006, Giordano graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Upon completion of his undergraduate program, Bradley Thomas Giordano was accepted by and received a scholarship from the University of Virginia School of Law. He graduated from UVA in 2009, and soon after passed the Illinois Bar Exam.
After graduating from law school, Giordano was offered and accepted a position as an associate in the restructuring group at a large Chicago law firm. In this capacity, Bradley Thomas Giordano represents debtors, creditors, equity sponsors, and strategic investors in all aspects of distressed restructurings.

As previously mentioned, Bradley Thomas Giordano holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the student-run Virginia Journal of Law and Technology (2008-2009). During his summers in law school, Giordano worked as a summer associate at several prominent Tennessee and Illinois law firms. In 2007, Bradley Thomas Giordano worked for Wolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter PLLC and Paine, Tarwater, and Bickers LLP, both based in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 2008, Bradley Thomas Giordano spent the summer in Chicago as a summer associate at a Chicago law firm.
In 2009, Bradley Thomas Giordano completed law school and passed the Bar Exam for the state of Illinois. Subsequently, Giordano commenced his restructuring practice, where he routinely represents debtors, strategic investors, equity sponsors, and creditors in a variety of complex multi-jurisdictional and international matters. Bradley Thomas Giordano also regularly advises boards of directors and senior management on fiduciary duty considerations during restructuring proceedings. In addition, Bradley Thomas Giordano provides legal services to hedge fund and private equity clients in the disposition of distressed assets and strategic acquisitions.
Some career highlights for Bradley Thomas Giordano include the successful restructurings and representations of GSE Environmental, Hawker Beechcraft, MS Resorts, InSight Health Services, and North American Petroleum Corporation USA. These companies span a wide-range of industries, including medical imaging, energy exploration and production, aircraft manufacturing, and retail and hospitality.
